Obituary of Klaus Metzger

Passed away peacefully with his family at his side at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, July 26, 2012, Klaus Metzger of Strathroy, in his 71st year. Beloved husband of the late Maria Metzger (Pires) (2011). Loving father of Angela and Joel Langford of Kerwood and Kim and Colin Primok of Strathroy. Cherished grandfather of Robert, Nicole, James and Marcus. Predeceased by his mother Rosle Kollmar and his siblings Kurt Metzger and Lisa Flor. Dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Sunday from 2-6 p.m. with parish prayers at 1:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Father John Sharp officiating. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. In memory of Klaus, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Women's Rural Resource Centre.
