Obituary of E. Hamacher

Peacefully with family by his side at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, E. Philip Hamacher in his 90th year. Loving husband of Betty (nee Donkervoort). Dear father of Barbara Tallent of Vulcan, Alberta, Rene (Keith) Locking of Grand Bend, Mary (Stan) McKeen of Poplar Hill, Norman (Brenda) of Sydenham and the late Scott of Strathroy. Survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Sadly missed by his sister Beth Burdick of Komoka, Carolyn Jamieson of Thedford and sisters-in-law Mary Hamacher of London and Marie Hamacher of Poplar Hill. Predeceased by siblings Leon, Beverly and baby Barbara. Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
