Obituary for Anna Jean McCoskery
Anna Jean McCoskery (nee Wilson; Sullivan) passed away peacefully in London on January 15, 2026.
Anna was the daughter of Wilfrid Wilson (1975) and Mildred McInroy (1990), of West Adelaide community, Adelaide Township.
She held a B.A from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Education from the University of Toronto. She enjoyed a long and distinguished career in education, beginning at SS #8 in Adelaide township and ending in Sheridan Park School in Peel County.
Anna pursued extensive world travel her whole life. She passionately shared those experiences with others through her many slide presentations with local groups and churches. She was deeply involved in Presbyterian Church Life, serving as President of the Sarnia Presbytery W.M.S. She was an active UNICEF volunteer, member of the Soroptimist Club and enthusiastically enjoyed working on genealogy projects.
She is fondly remembered by her sister: Marjorie Whytock, her nephew: Todd Whytock, niece in law: Jennifer Whytock and grand nephews: Connor and Tiernan Whytock.
