Obituary of Bruce Carlyle Campbell

The family of Bruce Carlyle Campbell announces his peaceful passing on January 9, 2026, at the age of 72.

Born on June 18, 1953, Bruce will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

Bruce was the beloved husband of Candace Campbell (née Dykeman). He was a devoted father to Denise Keating (Eric), Dennis Campbell (Lynn), Marie Dykeman (Al), Tamara Cormier (Chris), and Christopher Joyce. He was a proud grandfather and great-grandfather to many, and his love for his family was evident in everything he did.

Bruce was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his sisters Barb, Patsy, Judy, and Betty.

Bruce was an avid horse racer and greatly enjoyed camping with his trailer. He loved spending time with family and friends, often accompanied by his favorite 1960s country music. His easygoing nature and love of life will be fondly remembered.

A visitation will be held at Dennings of Strathroy on January 13th from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., with a burial to follow at Ivan Cemetery.
