Obituary of Sally Ann Fagan

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Sally Ann Fagan on January 2, 2026, in her 79th year. She was predeceased by her parents, Albert (1989) and Emily (1990), and her sister, Sandra (2022). Sally was deeply loved by her daughter Stacey and son-in-law Ed. Her grandchildren—Jacob, Emily-Ann, Timothy, and Daniel—were her pride and joy, who meant the world to her.

She is survived by her siblings Shaunda (Dave) Tanton and Wray Fagan, and will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.

Sally dedicated over 20 years of service to Maple Lynn Foods. She spent time as a member of the Strathroy Pipe Band, Branch 116 LLA, and the Legion. Her hobbies included playing Bingo, going for walks, crocheting, puzzling, watching old movies and TV shows, cheering for her beloved Blue Jays and Maple Leafs, and feeding her squirrels.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Sprucedale Care Centre at Maple Gardens for their compassionate care over the past three years, and to the doctors and nurses in the ICU, ER, and second floor at Strathroy Hospital for their support.

As per Sally’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Denning’s of Strathroy, followed by a private family interment at Strathroy Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital.
