Obituary of Joe Cravo

With great sadness the family of José Alberto Cravo announces his sudden passing. Beloved Husband of Gloria Cravo. Loving Father of Andrea (Nick), Nicole (Jesse) and Brittany (João). Loving Avô of Hannah, Avalei, Mateo, Joshua, Gavin & Milena. Survived by his sister Maria (Joe) and Godson Paul. Lovingly remembered by his extended family, friends. And those who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

A loving Pai, Avô, and Irmão, he found his greatest happiness in being surrounded by family. Whether in his garden, watching his favorite sports, baking his well-known cakes, or mastering the BBQ. He filled every moment with warmth and love. Always ready to help others, he was a devoted Avô who never missed his grandchildren’s milestones. His kindness and generous spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Friday January 2^nd, 2026, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, and Saturday January 3^rd from 9:30am to 10:30am, at Denning’s of Strathroy 32 Metcalfe Street in Strathroy.   A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am at All Saints Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery.  

In Lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations to the Ontario Chapter of Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
