Obituary of Elaine Thomas

  
With heavy hearts, the family of Elaine Thomas announce her peaceful passing at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the age of 81.

Elaine was the beloved sister of the late Louise (Don) and is survived by her sisters and brother: her twin sister Earlene (Cam), Leota (Dave), and David (Nancy).

She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews: Brian (Winnie), Laurie, Steve (Karen), Darryl (Rob), Jeff (Kerri), Jennifer (Darryl), Hadley (Karen), and Christena, who will cherish the many memories they shared with her.

Elaine will also be fondly remembered by her great-nieces and great-nephews: Kelly, Brad, Rachel, Jacob, Cole, and Josh, who brought her much joy.

She was predeceased by her parents, Earl and Elva Thomas (Hotson)

Elaine will be deeply missed by her family, especially by “the fun cousins,” whose time together created many special and lasting memories.

Visitation will be held at the Beechwood Presbyterian Church on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 10:00 am until time of Funeral at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Nairn Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Church Hall. If desired, memorial donations to the Beechwood Presbyterian Church or Craigweil Gardens would be appreciated.
