I was saddened today to hear of Ann's passing but she was blessed with longevity and a loving family. The obituary was beautifully written and captured the essence of this lovely woman. Ann is my first cousin but because of the distance between our homes and the difference of 11 years between us in age, we generally got together only at the annual Stanley reunion in August. Fortunately, my daughter, Tina Brown, and I, Fay Jackson, nee Featherstone, spent a wonderful afternoon visiting her and Bev at their lovely home In 2023. I/we cherish the time we spent together. Condolences to Ann's children and grandchildren, and to her sister, June and other family members and friends whose lives were enriched by knowing her. She will be missed but remembered with love. This obituary nailed it! It is an accurate description of this wonderful lady. She was always cheerful, hospitable, and faithful. I value the wise counsel she gave me. I admired her godly example.
