It's hard to sum up how you felt about a person you've known for over thirty years. Larry was a special guy. He was a wealth of knowledge on anything that could be built or could be driven. He could be counted on to see the best in everyone and was always available to help anybody that needed help. He was such a wonderful grandfather, always willing to do anything to make his grandchildren laugh, learn, and love. He was a good friend to me and he will be missed by all who have met him.

Larry was an incredible husband, father, grandfather and step father...Doug was so proud of his dad. He was so much like Larry. They could talk to anyone, they work harder than the next guy. If you said they couldn't they would do it and better, Doug saw how to be a good man a good husband a good father (Tyler and Teresa) to be respectful and to live a life with good manners good morals and love but most to love your family.
Doug was proud that Larry was his father. They met ones a week for years. Trying almost every restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Doug was so hapoy to say these last few years were the closest they have ever been.
Larry could build almost anything.
He was always happy. Always positive.
Larry was a man who loved his family.
He lived well. The world was a great place because he was in it. Larry you are loved so much and will be missed. Love Traci in memory of Doug Langford ( son)

Laurie,Peter,William and Ethan. I am so sorry to see where your dad/Grandpa has passed. He was such a kind man. I remember the wood and other play toys he brought for the children and his great interest in their accomplishments. He was always a smiling, caring man. And he loved his grandsons. Thinking of you at this difficult time. ❤️

Grandpa, it always made me smile watching everyone you meet instantly become your friend from your ability to crack a joke, share a laugh and feel the kind, caring heart you had for people.
I will never forget many of the memories we made, lessons you taught me and time we spent bonding over cars.
