It is with broken hearts and profound sadness that we announce Betty Elizabeth Muylaert (nee Gunness) of Strathroy, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Monday, February 3^rd, 2025, at the age of 76. Wonderful wife of the late Victor Muylaert (2018) for 50 years. Loving mother of Michelle (Tim) Kettler, the late Robert “Robbie” (1972) and Tim (Heather) Muylaert. Cherished Nana of Jessica (Michael) Cook, Tyler (Kendra) Kettler, Danielle Muylaert, and Jack Muylaert. The best Granns to Owen and Ava Kettler. Survived by her siblings William Gunness, Janet Jordan and Vicky (late Wayne) Langford. Betty will missed by her in-laws John (Kim), Charlie and Diana Muylaert, many nieces, nephews, and many special friends. Predeceased by her siblings Diane Ash and Nancy (Rudy) Poppe. Brother-in-law Frank and Brian Muylaert. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Caradoc Sands on March 15, 2025 from 2:00p.m.-4:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SMGH Foundation or the Salvation Army, Strathroy.
